50:39 You know when the frame is just about contrast, geometry, form. B&W is an abstraction, and color is a description. So just concentrate on form and figure to ground when you shoot B&W.

Bryan Peterson sees "things" that do not exist to most people as they "LOOK" for photographs. I have to laugh about the "halos" and "refraction" ... etc ....I can hear them now. So many of the younger generation photogs are bent on following the info the tech mags and the thousands and thousands of very opinionated videos that are available here on UA-cam and other websites...they think every photo is going to be a 50 x 100 billboard or something. Enjoyed the video and the instruction. Thanks for the instruction.

Light in a photograph exists only in the judicious use and presence of darkness, obscurity and shadow. Do not misunderstand the Luminance"Y" channel of an image versus the Highlight of an image. The eye is attracted to the highlight part of an image which is different form Luminance "Y". Chrominance/Colour "C" is secondary to "Y" and the Persistence of Vision is based on the Brightness. Learn, people Learn. Photography is also a science. ..........and don't get me started on the biggest Con of them all which is Composition.

Street photography, as you put it, is Self Gratification. In street photography, you are "Taking" a picture and not "Making" a picture. Photographers should learn how to"Make" a picture.
